Do you make custom illustrations?

I’d like to have Ann Kelle products in my brick and mortar store. Can I place a wholesale order?

Super! Please contact us at info@annkelle.com and we’ll go from there.


Shipping:

Standard orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. We currently ship via UPS or USPS.  Please be advised that we ship to the address you provide. We’re not responsible for items delivered to the incorrect address supplied by the sender. So be sure to double check the address provided!


Internationally Shipping:

We are unable to offer international shipping (or to Hawaii and Alaska) at this time, but hope to do so in the future.


Returns:

Unused, unopened and undamaged items may be returned may be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date. A refund will be issued once the returned order is received, minus the original cost of shipping. To begin the process of a return, please contact us at info@annkelle.com.


Damaged item? We’re so sorry to hear this! Let us make this right for you! If a package is damaged, please reach out to us with the invoice and photos of the damage.  Our preferred method is to reprint and reship, but we evaluate each issue on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@annkelle.com within 7 days of receiving the item.


If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued.


Used or opened items may not be returned.


Sales Tax

We are required to collect 9.5% sales tax on order shipped in the state of Tennessee.

Need to make changes to the order?

Let us know right away at info@annkelle.com and we’ll do our best to make changes.  If an order has not been processed, there will not be a fee to cancel the order. If an order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes.
